We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For this reason we advise buyers to contact us prior to purchase regarding any questions or concerns, we will glady reply in prompt time. If for any unfortunate reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at vina@vinajewellery.com.au so that we can resolve any problems.
Returns will not be accepted for goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Vina Jewellery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY confirming your payment details (if you have provided your email address). You will also receive an email from Vina Jewellery confirming your order.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of being submit
We will attempt, however cannot guarantee delivery within 1 to 7 working days from the date of payment - delivery time will vary depending on destination (excludes public holidays).
The appropriate delivery method Fastway Courier or Australia Post will be determined by Vina Jewellery by such factors including delivery networks, size and weight of order once packaged. Vina Jewellery recommends a person is present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address - signature may be required upon delivery.
Responsibility will not be taken for loss due to incorrect delivery detail as submitted by you at time of order, delays in delivery and orders returned to sender (Vina Jewellery) in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.
